Marcel “Mike” Drapeau Alumni Band Scholarship

The Marcel “Mike” Drapeau Alumni Band Scholarship honors a lifelong dedication to music, education, and community service in Biddeford and throughout York County. Each year, the Southern Maine Alumni Band awards a $1,000 scholarship to a graduating senior who plans to pursue music at a four-year college.

This scholarship recognizes students who demonstrate exceptional musical talent, strong character, and a proven commitment to serving others—qualities Mike embodied and shared with every student and musician he encountered.

Applications and essays are due by Friday, April 11, 2025.
